Blac Chyna Says Daughter Dream Suffered Burns While in the Care of Rob Kardashian

Blac Chyna says her daughter Dream suffered burns while in the care of Keeping Up With the Kardashians‘ Rob Kardashian. The reality television exes are currently in a bitter custody battle over their only child, who turns 4 in November.

There are two alleged incidents from February and March that have raised an eyebrow with Blac Chyna. Both have occurred while Dream was in the care of her nanny at Kardashian’s house. Chyna stated through her attorney that Dream returned home March 21 with a burn on her leg. This burn was very near the first one. After confronting her ex, Chyna alleges that Kardashian lied about the burn, but later retracted that lie and explained that the nanny texted him that Dream had an accident with a hot light bulb. Kardashian alleges in a statement through his lawyers that the nanny is in the process of leaving her position due to a high-risk pregnancy.

Chyna’s attorney was happy to learn of that development, but still asserts that her client is deeply concerned with the incidents and reached out to both the police and Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) because of these allegations.

Chyna’s attorney Lynne Ciani told Page Six, “Rob admitted that Dream had received the severe burn at his home and promised it would never happen again. Chyna immediately sought out and obtained appropriate medical treatment for Dream’s burn.”

Chyna also expressed concern about Kardashian’s sister Kylie Jenner taking Dream for a birthday ride in the same helicopter that took the life of Kobe Bryant in January. She released a statement through her attorney then as well. She and her ex seemed to have worked out those differences, only to find themselves in this new heated battle. Fans of the two stars might recall that Rob filed papers in January alleging Chyna was a bad mom who was partying and engaging in other nefarious acts around their daughter. Chyna vehemently denied those claims. Her continued public outrage at Kardashian’s mishaps while taking care of their child may be an attempt to avenge the claims he so publicly levied against her.

It’s great that Chyna got her daughter’s burn looked at after learning about it. The issue with the nanny certainly sounds questionable, regardless of how clumsy kids are when they’re Dream’s age. Rob Kardashian should have paid closer attention to the person he hired as his daughter’s helper. More importantly, he and Chyna also need to develop a better plan for the coparenting of their only child together, because the back and forth bickering in the media is tiresome. Their respective finger pointing and blame games are doing nothing to protect Dream. Cuts, scrapes and the like are things that just happen to kids. Typically, one little burn wouldn’t be enough to alert the media. Two in the same place is definitely something that raises an eyebrow, so appropriate action was taken to get rid of the nanny – pregnant and distracted, or not.
