Kim Kardashian is seeking a restraining order against an alleged stalker after he already terrorized another star she has a connection to.

The 43-year-old reality icon — who has had plenty of trouble with stalkers in the past — recently filed a request for a restraining order against Melvin Jeffery Conley, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

The source of her fears about Conley was reportedly a conversation she had with her America Horror Story: Delicate costar Emma Roberts.

The 33-year-old actress previously had a chilling long-distance run-in with the alleged stalker after he broke into his home and then called her from her own landline.

According to Kardashian’s filing, Roberts called her up to warn her that Conley allegedly told her he wanted to get in touch with Kardashian — and her children too.

Roberts was luckily not at home when Conley allegedly broke into her home, but she did have a disturbing conversation with him after she answered a call coming from her home, thinking it was a family member or someone who was authorized to be there.

She didn’t catch the initial call on her cell phone, but she called back her home number, only to realize that it was a man she had never met speaking to her.

Conley reportedly told the niece of Julia Roberts that she had given him permission to stay at her home, which she knew to be false.

Despite immediately calling the police, Conley managed to escape before he could be arrested.

His actions immediately after fleeing Roberts’ home may have indicated his desire to get close to Kardashian.

According to Kim’s restraint order request, he visited her mother Kris Jenner’s home the day after fleeing Roberts’ home.

While there, he spoke to security guards and told them he thought he was at her daughter Kim’s home instead for a meeting scheduled with her.

Despite apparently not knowing which house was which, he claimed to the guards that he was Kim’s ‘long-term manager,’ and more bizarrely, also an NBA player with the Toronto Raptors.

Conley’s attempts to contact Kardashian continued in July, when he allegedly visited her home in Malibu — which is not her primary residence.

The fact that she usually lives elsewhere decreased the likelihood of the alleged stalker making contact with Kim, but in her filing she said the fact that he found the Malibu home at all was troubling, as she says it is difficult to locate and claims it hasn’t been publicized as much as her primary residence, which could indicate the strength of Conley’s desire to contact her family.

Conley has already visited Kris Jenner’s home, and he also tried to scale a fence at Kim’s Malibu home, which is not her primary residence

He alleged told security guards who apprehended him at the fence surrounding the home that he intended to scale it.

Roberts was eventually able to secure a five-year restraining order against Conley.

The order also provides the same protection for her three-year-old son Rhodes Robert Hedlund — whom she shares with her ex, the actor Garrett Hedlund — as Conley alleged mentioned his name on the call with Roberts, leading her to fear that he may have intended to harm her son.

Roberts’ well-reviewed collaboration with Kardashian on American Horror Story: Delicate won’t be their only project together, as the two are producers on the the upcoming Netflix series Calabasas.
