Global sensation BLACKPINK’s Lisa recently appeared on the cover of the September 2024 issue of ELLE US, marking an important moment in her career as a solo artist now under her own management company, “Lloud,” and in association with RCA Records.
To the joy of her millions of fans, Lisa joined her friend Jennie as the Only Kpop Solo Singers to have a cover on the US version of ‘ELLE.’ This is because in 2022 Jennie dazzled on the cover of the December/January issue of the magazine.

In addition to the photoshoot, Lisa was interviewed by an American magazine, and the Thai superstar revealed her honest feelings about her acting challenge in the upcoming HBO original series “The White Lotus Season 3.”
“Since we filmed in my home country, Thailand, I got to eat Thai food every day and had many precious opportunities to keep my Mom close while shooting.”
Regarding the process of joining “The White Lotus 3” team, Lisa said, “I didn’t tell my Mom and friends that I did an audition. I almost cried when I heard that I got cast for the role. Since this is my first acting project, I was very excited and nervous at the same time, upon hearing the casting news, I felt happy for a short moment, and thought ‘How should I tell others about this?’ right after that”.
Lisa did not mention her specific role in “The White Lotus,” however, she shared that she took acting classes to properly prepare, although she did not reveal whether she will showcase her musical talents in the series. Lisa also mentioned that she hopes fans enjoy it as by watching this series, she believes people will love Thailand even more, showing her pride.
