Khloe Kardashian, 40, is unrecognizable with a red cap and blonde braids in fun flashback photo with the Haqq twins from 20 years ago

Khloe Kardashian shared a fun flashback photo to her Insta Stories on Thursday.

The star was 20-years-old at the time as she wore a red cap over braids with heavy makeup on and a black top.

She looked a bit like a No Doubt era Gwen Stefani who was ready for a night of clubbing.

The Good American designer was seen with her best pals Malika and Kadijah Haqq.

And just below the vintage snapshot was an up to date one from Khloe’s 40th Dollywood style birthday party.

The funny thing is that the ladies have not changed much in 20 years.

This comes after Khloe said she was shocked by the results of her ‘biological age test’ she took on The Kardashians.

The reality star, 40 — who recently flaunted her figure in a tiny string bikini —  was initially ‘worried’ about the results because she is a self proclaimed ‘junk food junkie’ who loves to eat Wheat Thins, cereal and Goldfish.

But her test results showed that she had a biological age of 28-years-old.

She was ecstatic and said, ‘Never in a million years! If I had to bet money, I would’ve never bet on myself… Kim is livid, by the way. I know she’s pissed.’

Kim, 43, was envious of the Good American co-founder because while Khloe eats junk food, Kim eats very healthy.

But her results were not as good as Khloe’s.

Kim’s biological age test results suggested she was 34-years-old.

According to NPR, biological tests analyze one’s DNA to ‘estimate how quickly or slowly you’re aging compared to your peers.’

Khloe  — who follows a rigorous exercise routine — also explained in the episode that being labeled the ‘fat one’ still gets to her head.

She said, ‘The world needs to know that me, the fat one, is now better than the best one… My tagline on Keeping Up was, ‘I’m the fat funny sister,’ if you look at the opening of the show. The fat funny sister is 12 years older than her chronological age.’

In 2007, the Los Angeles native said something similar after the release of her family’s hit reality TV show brought on body shaming comments directed at her.

‘It’s like being brain-washed: You think, “Do I have a distorted body image and think I’m not as big as I am?”‘ she said of the online critics at the time.

Just a year later, the star admitted that dealing with her weight had felt like an uphill battle. ‘As a girl, you have baby fat,’ she said.

And amid her parents’ divorce in 1991, she explained that she relied on food to cope with her emotions.

‘My brother [Rob] and I were always heavy. They gave us food to keep us company. All we did was eat crap,’ she shared.

According to Us Weekly, the mother-of-two started taking her health seriously after giving birth to her first child, True Thompson, in April of 2018.

The five-foot-ten beauty now reportedly weighs around 123lbs, frequently posting her fit figure on social media.

The shocking test results comes just weeks after Khloe said she ‘probably would have’ tried Ozempic when she was ‘bigger.’

‘When I was bigger, if they had Ozempic, I probably would have tried it, because I tried any other thing. I tried any fad weight loss trend, except for the real thing that actually works, and that’s a lifestyle change,’ she said.

The reality businesswoman then shared: ‘So I really wanna encourage healthiness and not about the number on a scale. I just think people should be active

‘I don’t really care what your size is, and you should just be healthy and stronger for yourself,’ she finished.
