Khloe Kardashian in getting ready to fight her baby daddy Tristan Thompson for full custody of their daughter True Thompson, after the star hinted that she has split from him.
The 34 year old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star wishes to stay in Los Angeles rather than return to Cleveland where 27 year old Tristan lives.
Speaking to InTouch Weekly a source claimed: “Tristan adores his daughter and wants to be near her and has told her he’ll fight for custody if he has to.”

They added: “Khloe wants True to be permanently based in LA. It’s not up for negotiation.”
Speaking about the support Khloe is receiving from her mum Kris Jenner the source said: “She’s told Khloe they’ll hire the best lawyers and spend however much money is necessary to ensure she wins this battle.”
The reports come after Khloe ‘split’ from boyfriend Tristan and shared a cryptic message on social media.
Kim Kardashian West’s sister took to her Instagram story to post a message about freeing yourself from “negative people” to her 81million followers.
Her post read: “Spend time with nice people who are smart, driven and likeminded. Relationships should help you, not hurt you.
“Surround yourself with people who reflect the person you want to be. Choose friends who you are proud to know, people you admire, who love and respect you — people who make your day a little brighter simply by being in it.
“Life is too short to spend time with people who suck the happiness out of you. When you free yourself from negative people, you free yourself to be YOU — and being YOU is the only way to truly live,” her post continued.
Speaking of the reported breakdown of their relationship, a source told People: “She seems very much over Tristan. Not sure how they went from fine to being apart for weeks, but Khloe is doing great.”
Discussing her parenting of daughter, True, the source continued: “It’s amazing to see what a great mom she is and how much she enjoys it. She is very much just focused on the happy things in her life. True, of course, makes her the happiest.”
